By purchasing or using the Fast Web Stories plugin, you agree to the terms below.

1. License

The purchase grants a lifetime, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the plugin on as many WordPress websites as you wish, including client websites. Reselling, redistributing or making the plugin publicly available, whether free or paid, is prohibited.

2. Updates and support

The license includes future plugin updates and WhatsApp support for questions about installation, configuration and use. Support does not include custom development or issues caused by other plugins, themes or the hosting server.

3. Third-party services

The plugin integrates with the OpenAI and Freepik APIs. Use of these APIs is subject to the terms and fees of the respective providers, which are not included in the license price.

4. Results

The plugin generates Web Stories that are technically prepared for Google. Indexing and display in Google Discover and Search depend solely on Google's algorithms, the website's authority and the quality of its content. There is no guarantee of rankings, traffic or revenue.

5. Guarantee and refund

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us through the support channels or through the platform where you made the purchase.

6. Limitation of liability

We recommend keeping backups of your website. We are not responsible for losses resulting from misuse, incompatibilities with the hosting environment or unavailability of third-party services.
